Now lets wait and see what the LTTE, TN Politicians and TNA Comedians have to tell about India's offer.

All 3 parties' concerns are to protect LTTE....so I bet anyone'll welcome India's stand.....

Please note the reference to 70,000 SEVENTY THOUSAND. White man sayest 400,000; ICRC screamed 250,000; BBC sayest 250,000; Gordon Weiss said 400,000 and lo and behold there is a massive discrepancy in the real number and the exaggerated Tiger numbers.  Look at how IGP Nadesan is now crying foul. Look at Tiger proxy TNA MPs now shouting. When the LTTE started this round of warfare, and when the LTTE Were winning they did not give a damn about Tamil civilians. Now that the LTTE are getting an ass-whupping humantarian issues get raised by the losing side. The so called "inferior" sinhala army is giving the Tigers an asswhupping.. SunGod needs to realize that. LAst Month IGP(former Ceylon Police Sgt.) Nadesan said these are all temporary setbacks and LTTE will regain the ground soon. When?  I am sure the fighting is hard and casualties and sacrifices are hard, but when the enemy hides behind civilians and also melts into the civilian population it will be hard to think all the younger fighting age youth are "civilians". They may be LTTE soldiers who are trying to escape or infilitrate when they get wounded.  

I am really sorry innocent people are getting killed , but the scale of damage seems far less than what the White man unleashed in Iraq and Afghanistan in terms of "collateral damage".  I am really hoping racist Sinhalese will not try to boss His Excellency Mahinda Rajapaske once the Tigers are defeated and their leaders killed. Will VP meet his end like Hitler or like Saddam or like Idi Amin in a foreign safe haven?

MR is on track winning the battle against

*  dracula pirabaharan  ( hi Roger, looks like VP will survive. He has hit the snooze button and handed his underground regime to Charles Anthony )
*  l.t.t.e    ( shrinking by the day, young recruits are surrendering or/and on the way to rehabilitation )
*  peculiar dynamics of the region  ( IC, TN, UN, HRW etc)

Can he win the battle against

* politicians    ( "we told you so but you did not listen" types )
* intellectuals   ( Chomsky type leftists, loonies and pseudos ) ?

He needs to move to the next level to win the battle of ideas.
