    -   -              Colombo (dpa) - A female suicide bomber posing as a civilian entered a government-controlled area from the zone held by Tamil rebels in northern Sri Lanka -  Monday morning and blew herself up at a welfare centre, killing at least 22 people and injuring about 45 others, the Defence Ministry said.

Such attacks--the LTTE is the #1 killer with homicide bombs in the world over 25 years--underlines the reality to never underestimate the barbaric nature of this group and it megalomaniac leader, Prabakaran.

NGOs, etc.

Officials of NGOs, UN agencies and other international groups involved in Sri Lanka should note that all elected governments, such as that of Sri Lanka, have no option but to continue the legitimate use of force to end the LTTE. By the active cooperation the NGOs have shown the LTTE, you have only undermined your credibility, and with it the right to received public donations.

I recommend that the GOSL put a list of NGOs with clear violations of its writ and in support of terrorism. This list can be published as an advertisement in the NY Times and other such papers. The GOSL should be prepared to show the evidence it has on that matter.

Anyone organization that is tempted to be ambivalent about such barbaric homicide bombings--please note editors of the BBC--will be seen as having aided the LTTE. It is not an understatement to suggest that this is kin to the BBC aid Adolf Hitler during the Blitz.

The GOSL should also disclose the close links between the BBC and the LTTE, particularly those LTTE operatives in the payroll of the BBC.

For any Thamil person supporting the LTTE, please note that it is so depraved that it cannot even let fleeing civilians be. The LTTE is determined to stop the flow of refugees to government shelter, as that would totally undermine their propaganda of civilians wanting to stay with the LTTE. Thamils abroad living with the kindness of Western refugee policies, should recognize that by not condemning in the strongest possible way the LTTE's barbarism, they will be under suspicion for aiding terrorism.

I strongly suggest the Government of Canada take stronger action against the LTTE. This can be done by deportations of those with links to organization. No one connected to the LTTE or the TRO or any of the illegitimate organizations should have the right to study in Canada or receive any public funds. Any degrees earned must be withdrawn, as part of liberal education in the West is to learn to value human life, and not support barbaric organizations.

Peace loving Sri Lankans
For those others in Sri Lankans against LTTE barbarism, this is not the time to rest on military victories. You have witnessed what is to come from the most uncivilized group ever to live on earth, along with their even less civilized supporters living in Canada and other Western governments. Their barbarism should tell you the best way to end it is by giving local (District) control of security to local people. Then not only will they be able to effectively infiltrate the LTTE's urban cells, there will also be no room to accuse Colombo that it is negligent on economic and security issues. That is enable the 25 Districts to elect local governments with local policing powers, through nationally trained police men and women.

Recently LTTE has put a suicide jacket on 13 years old kid and ask to run towards secuirty personals and they blasted the jacket using remote control..
This clearly states how GOSL needs to remove these animals ASAP forever...

We directly witnessed the reaction of Sinhala soldiers after a attack against them. Before, the innocent, who killed in SL force retaliation, become a terrorist placing two grenades (or other weapons) with his/her body. But now, The civilian dies as civilian who killed by SL force in their area. LTTE will be blamed for it.

TamilNet already reported about that incident.

SLA released video footage after the attack, more than 20 soldiers killed along with 10 civilian. Why none of the SLA casualities shown in the video??

When civilian casualities shown no one can see SLA casualities, when SLA casualities shown no one can see civilian casualities. Because both are not occured at the same place or sametime.

Who gave the right to speak on behalf of other Tamils? This is the typical bullying attitude of the LTTE. We have suffered long enough because of a pseudo cause Prabha and his stooges contrived. Prabha’s first love is killing - he definitely is not a racist when it comes to killing. It is time that all of us, especially Tamils, put pressure on LTTE to allow civilians to reach safety or else they must move away from civilians and set up their guns elsewhere.

The death-toll in the suicide attack inside the IDP camp today has risen to 32, which includes 24 Sri Lanka Army personnel and eight civilians. 42 civilians were also wounded in the attack. A small Tamil child was also killed in the incident.

On the other hand, the LTTE is determined that the SLA does not get too close to innocent Thamils. This attack was premeditated so that Thamils civilians do not get the best treatment, as now the soldiers are going to have to be careful.

If LTTE is so concerned about Tamil civilinas,why don't they surrender? Do you thikn that Thalavar is going to flush back the SL army who had advanced all the way to Mullativu? No way.  Thalavar is going to get barbecued sooner or later for sure. So why not spare the agony for the Tamil civilians and stop fighting?
