    COLOMBO, Feb 3 (Reuters) -- The United States, European Union, Japan and Norway on Tuesday urged the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) to consider surrendering to avoid more deaths, including among thousands of civilians trapped in the war zone. Finally a very good move by the donor nations.  Should've done this long ago, but at least instead of crying "human catastrophe", this will help the helpless more.  Now I hope diaspora will stop barking at the wrong tree and demand the LTTE to give up and let people go to safety.  Dispora Tamil screaming genocide on sidewalks of Toronto or London is not really going to help the people who are suffering in Mullativ.

It is very strange why these countries are not asking the KILLERS TO STOP KILL if they really concern about innocent tamils.

The author conveniently took away the most important parts of the story. Why? Does the author want to keep the sinhala fake patriots under victorious-influenza?

The destruction of the LTTE and the demise of the LTTE leaders are not victories for Sinhala fake patriots. It is a victor for all Sri Lankans, including hundreds of thousands of Tamils who had suffered LTTE's brutality over the years.

The call by Co-chairs is the last nail in the coffin, destroying the hopes of pro-LTTE Tamil diaspora in Canada and Europe who hoped these countries will call for a cease-fire.  There will be a cease-fire only when LTTE leaders agree to lay down weapons and surrender to SL forces.

What is funny is that, Tamils of Jaffna are protesting against LTTE while Tamils of London and Toronto are protesting to protect LTTE.  Are you guys fighting for the same cause anymore?

The Toronto Tamils are protesting the wanton slaughter of their friends and family in the Vanni.
