COLOMBO, Sri Lanka - Authorities say a bomb that exploded outside a police station in the eastern Sri Lanka town of Batticaloa has killed one police officer and a civilian.

Most probably the civilian killed was a Tamil Civilian. Most probably the Killer is LTTE. Why LTTE is killing Tamil Civilians  |
