Post US stop LTTE
It is easier to be said than done. Sri Lankans have suffered enough with these ruthless barbarians LTTE. US can help the legitimately elected multi-ethnic government of Sri Lanka to force LTTE to lay down arms. Then have peace talks. Otherwise talking with terrorists with arms is an useless effort.  They will build and improve international funding network linking with Al-quida to kill more innocent people and reign with bullets than ballots.
