I guess there is one thing left to do. All overseas embassies and high commissions must be instructed to create lists of expats who are involved in helping LTTE to create mayhem in this country. The lists should be used to confiscate their assets. The law should also be amended to forbid them from ever entering Sri Lanka even on foreign passports.

Once again, this is the repetition of the same fluff which has no bearing.  Threatening to do something LTTE is already doing does not mean anything at all.  Such a threat could have been meaningful if we had relative peace in SL after the CFA and LTTE did not engage in any terrorist activities. We saw numerous killings in the past including national politicians like Kadirgamar and Loganathan. Assassinations of SLA officers in the south. Failed attempts to assassinate Devanandan and Rajapakse.  Direct attacks in Jaffna and Trinco. Killing navy officers coming home from duty. Many attempts to sink SLN ships. Blowing up passenger buses in the south. The list goes on.  

So, what exactly is the blood bath Velu and his stooges are talking about? Could this be killing lot more civilians because that is the only thing LTTE does really well? Wait a minute; it was a full moon day a few days ago. Could the moon have some lunatic effect on Velu's brain?

Tamilchelvam should quit drugs. Brakstar or whoever goes there only when Chelvan wants to pass a joke to South. Chelvam can do nothing now, simply because he is nothing now. He pleads from the international community because he knows it is only them that can save him and his clan. Tamils will be liberated soon, and Sri Lanka will continue to be one country free from terrorists. That is the ultimate reality.

The LTTE invited current actions based on their sin once the current government is formed.  The government then responded with their own blood bath.  If LTTE start another blood bath, the government will respond with another one with much severe magnitude.  LTTE finds it difficult to deal with they way they are being treated by the way they treat others.  Unlike the recent past, the southern monster has a motive and a will to face LTTE.  LTTE will do well if they start negotiating now.

Yea, I mean the info has been kept top secret; it's not like it's on TV or in the newspapers.

Systemx has a valid point. US and UK are already on this path arrest whoever is suspecoius after monitored for some time by the authorities.SL embassies must get rid of dead wood and appoint capable officers for this task.

LTTE has been making such statements on the assurance that they managed to bribe those who are in key positions to achieve their objectives which come to light after all these years. Those Sinhalese LTTE supporters sould be dealt on treason charges irrespective of internationl opinion, it is a shame on majority of peace loving people also who lost their lives in the forces because of those moles.

The behaviour of LTTE proves they have nothing to negotiate, why waste time!
There should be one mission and the whole nation should support it as it happened in USA after 9/11.

Have you heard the story of 'Barawa Kakula' (Elephantitis). The guy who always threatned to attack with his useless 'barawa kakula' just to scare off others. Well, Selvam is just doing the same thing right now; showing off his 'barawa kakula'. GOSL is not stupid to take him seriously. I can give this advice to sun goat and his blood thirsty henchmen; either you lay down whatever the remaining arms you got and surrender unconditionally or be prepared to party with other dead profound genius of yours.

Well, my view is that always the Sun-Goat worshipped Tigers are capable of a blood bath. They are not going for a conventional face to face war with SLA, but will create mayhime by suicide attacks on the rest of the country. Specially in major city's to kill the maximum.

With this fact, looks like that they are threatning and blackmailing all the International communities. So let's see whether the so called International community is safe guarding the terrorism and pressure the GOSL without presuring the Sun-Goat for negotiations.

A significant part of LTTE’s war is based on the propaganda they spin on TamilNet. Any close analysis will reveal its nothing but utter hypocrisy laced in very good English. For example,

- They start a “war of liberation” and blame the govt sending in the cavalry.
- They break CFA 30:1 and blame breakdown of CFA on the govt.
- They use children for war, but blame Karuna for the same offence.
- They never carry through negotiations to the end, but blame govt for not seeking peace.
- They blame the govt for “Add-Hominem” (Bully) for aggressive media campaign, but kill and destroy all dissenting voices.

The quality of English used in all govt websites tend to really poor. Thus they fail to convey their side of the story effectively. I have raised this issue many times in forums and “comments and suggestions” to the MOD website without any results unfortunately. I hope our backward looking traditional . types understand the value of not just English but good English.

I agree with your point. The main reason for this situation is we all are product of 1956 sinhala only policy and "Suyabasava" educated guys. Simple example is  Great "Migida".
