Post Great Achievement but will LTTE allow ?
This is a great achievement. But LTTE will never allow to re-open. If it is open, their fake 'Ethnic Issue' will not work. They never allowed the legitimately elected multi-ethnic Government of Sri Lanka to re-open the prestigeous Jaffna Library. LTTE exist by showing a fake 'Ethnic issue' and killing innocent people.

This is not a great achievement. See the previous comment. I read that TamilNet news article. It clearly gives details about
possible army involvement. When something like that happen it will be very hard to say it is an achievement. The army and
GOSL are not terrorists. They have a greater responsibility. They will have to act, and be seen acting responsibly even in the
face of stupidity. Unfortunately that is not happening.
