Is this discussion about whether the number plates match?

Reminds me of Nero fiddling while Rome was burning...

Post Number plates
If one pair of number plates - it can be the planning work of those who assemble car bombs (LTTE).
If 90 pairs of number plates - it should be the planning work of those organised car thieves.

Number of vehicle robberies in the country is much more than the number of attempted bomb blasts. So it is reasonable to suspect vehicle robbery gangs.

Car bombs are near impossible now - with the heavy security checks at every junction and the very high price of even old cars. Also a car bomb require very high quantity of explosives which is difficult to get now.

A car bomb assembler does not need forged number plates, the original genuine number plate is good enough. All what is needed is to assemble it without anyone's knowledge, then take it to a crowded place avoiding security check points, park it at a suitable place then quitely use a remote device.
