    THE Sri Lankan security forces are doing pretty well on the battlefront. The invincibility of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) appears more and more a myth as the government troops capture village after village in their forward march into what was once the impregnable fortress of the rebels. What can the Tigers do apart from resorting to what they are good at – terrorism?

The news from the battlefront surprises many and has raised many a question. What has happened to the Tigers’ fire power? Where have the elite Black Tigers gone?

The Tigers appear to be a depleted lot. Besides the apparent lack of fire power to check the government onslaught, the Tigers also do not have advisors in the calibre of Anton Balasingham who, till he died in December last year, guided and advised LTTE leader Velupillai Prabhakaran in times of crisis.

Terrorists LTTE barbarians need to be flushed out now before to late, otherwise  they will hang on with Al-quida and terrorise the whole world.

According to Hunduism, those who steal the money donated to Kovils and use them to buy weapons, will die like pigs very soon. Those who channeled the money to LTTE through GOD, be careful.

Today in the SLankan political arena :

1) Ranil and Karu J are not in good relations - trying to split
2) Mahinda R and Mangala S are not in good relations - trying to split
3) Mahinda R and Wimal W's JVP are not in good relation - trying to split
4) CBK and Mangala S in good relations - trying to come together

Can someone guess the possible combinations for the SL politics in the near future ?

My guess is :

A) Mahinda R, Karu J, Thonda will be in one front
B) Mangala S, CBK/Anura B, Ranil, Wickramabahu, Muslims will be in one front
C) Wimal W's JVP, JHU will be wondering - where to jump !!!!

Peace for Sri Lanka

Well said Velusumana. A thought to ponder, as devisive as we are, how do we pull mother Lanka off this mess we have created ? Will we ever have a leader to lead us with hope ? The LTTE and the JHU/JVP are two sides of the same coin, what about the rest, the rationale folks of our Lanka.

We need e a leader who should focus on future not the past, who doesn't want to build a legasy for his/her family & who look at all Sri lankanse as one regardless of their origin.
Our country is the BEST in the world trust me on this since i've seen most part the world. Belive me it won't be hard to devolep our contry if we try a little harder (with PEACE ofcourse).
As Sri lankanse do we want our country to be a country where people want to live? It seems not. The choices which we made shows the world who we are.
When we argue about something most of the parties who are involved has a valid point. But is this all about valid points. I DON'T THINK SO.
It's all about compromise and cooperation. That's how we can build a nation where people can LIVE IN.
Most of those who speaks in the forum don't want a solution for the PROBLEM(S). They want to treat stomachache insted of finding cure for Cancer.
