BHARATHA MALLAWARACHI - Associated Press Writer - COLOMBO, Sri Lanka - (AP) Sri Lanka - 's elite anti-terrorist commandoes seized a truck packed with explosives when they overran a key Tamil rebel base in the country's east. The military said the vehicle was destined for targets in the capital.

 Civilans be Alert !
Authorities can use latest technologies & alertness of civilians to thwart possible terror attacks. The support of the civilians is a must. Publicity campaign can be carried out to inform the
public how these terrorists will target public places. Authorities need to be pro-active. This is what lacking. |
