The day Prabakaran arrested,LTTE will say it was not him,somebody else!.
At least LTTE should come to the peace table now before some more LTTE child soldiers been killed.(Not Praba/Chelvam's kids)!.

Sure, the LTTE doesn't say the truth. But the question is also: when did the government say the truth? When soldiers kill students, aid workers, arrest and torture civilians (see respective reports by various presidential commissions, which the government was not so keen to publish in the first place and finally did so after considerable pressure), and when the sla faces considerable debacles (see various Sunday Times "Situation Report" columns during the past 10 years or so).

So one is not better than the other. But we should expect better from the governement as opposed to the non-state entities.

I think this is a mistake. I think this is a Tsunami funeral.

See the tamilnet website and you could see some pictures of the innocent injured children,

What is so terrible is what they have done to deserver this it goes to our Sinhalese children as well.

Killing children accidentally or intentionally what are we to gain…nothing but a load of sins to pay in hell.

This war can never be won.

certainly, the LTTE is not the honest, truthful group, but come on, we can't continue to hide such claims as "LTTE lies, the master decievers" while a so-called democratic government carries out similar terror / terrorist activities against civilians.

Why is it so difficult or stubborn for LTTE to announce to the GOSL and the world that they are willing to lay down their weapons and stop all the atrocities against SLAF,GOSL and civilians and are willing to discuss a peaceful resolution to this conflict acceptable to majority Sri Lankans i.e including Tamils, Sinhalese and Muslims?
LTTE has been waging this war over twenty five years now and Tamils who had faith and confidence with LTTE and its leader VP must come to their senses now and accept that they have been supporting an organization which has failed to achieve its objectives and has caused immense hardships and suffering to innocent civilians by its violent behaviour. So many young lives have been lost in vain. It is about time for all those who believed in a mythical Eelam as promised by VP to realise it is only an illusion dreamt by this individual and supporting him will cause further deaths, destruction and suffering to your own brothers and sisters.
Stop funding them and instead help those who are suffering. They need more help than supporting an unwinnable war.
