Tamilnet and big shots in LTTE claimed 14 dead after air raids in Mannar.Untill the photos submitted no body going to believe it. It is too late .Remember LTTE claimed that Kovil was destroyed by SLAF.Any evednce?. You cant fool the internationals. LTTE said F..111 ship was rescued. Is that true. Why they cant release it. This ia another violation. Very soon this will be the next target for GOSL and LTTE.

Many times the LTTE shells TAMIL villages when they think the inhabitants are supporting the Military/Government in some form, then they take some snap shots and tell the world that "Sinhala Buddhist Chauvinists" are committing genocide. BBC and other joker sudda's jump onto the story for its sensationalism, preaching "we have higher morals" thus stroking their complexes.

Post No excuses for SLAF induced civilan deaths
Likely civilians kept near the target for exactly this effect. These planes fly low and they do hit their targets, according to the military types. That still does not make it right or excusable for GOSL.

Unlike the artillary massacre at Vakari, where the soldiers made a genuine error, the SLAF errors are entirely preventable.

As I have said many times before the military must use its power very wisely. I see no gain for the GOSL when the SLAF hits civilians, though this needs to be confirmed independently. The LTTE are very good at creating dead civilians out out dead cadres.

The Army tactics since the human shield massacre at the school at Vakari has been much better. The LLRP units are active there.

SLAF: It is far better to batter the FDLs at Mahalmulai, where there can be no claim of civilian casualities along with the gain of a gradual degradation of LTTE defenses.

Post a news item
the following news item appearing in infolanka.com is the funniest out of all security related news.
-----------
Police investigating the assassination attempt on Defence Secretary Colonel (retd) Gotabhaya Rajapakse had confirmed the assassin`s ethnic group with the help of a prostitute.

Police had interviewed her after their link had transpired during the investigation. Although she had not been aware of her customer`s deadly mission in Colombo, she had disputed his claim of being a Muslim, as he had not been circumcised, a senior Defence Ministry official said.

He had confirmed her doubt. He had claimed that he wanted to enjoy before leaving for overseas employment.

At the scene of the blast, authorities recovered a national identity card, which identified the killer as a Muslim.

Police had tracked down another prostitute known to the killer. Inquiries had revealed that he had taken both women to the same guest house in the Wattala police area. Another person is believed to have accompanied the suicide cadre to the guest house. The ministry official denied the possibility of the girls having any links with the LTTE.

while hailing mentioned strikes against the terrorist, it would be a shame to see a treatable malignant left for political gains in the future, which iam sure the what the government is planning, as this has been one election winning wild card and a good camafalouge for corruption which the majority of the common citizens who are pressured from day today survival would not notice. Therefore while expecting to maintain the offensive on all fronts , it is also necessary ensure the final outcome and obejective is selfless but country first.

This threat of serious repersussions is a famous statement by the tamil terrorists for the last one year. It started since the joke of a talk in a place called geneva and oslo. What have the tamil terrorists done so far? Killing people on the roads. So brave are they. If they want to kill innocent people on the public roads as the fight to get estate of elam so be it.  We will face it and die if that is our fate but we can never be frightened to submission again as it was done during the idotic treacherous Ranil's period.
How can a sun goat hiding in a bunker command a group of killers? Sun goat is a coward and a maniac.

Isn't this the same terrorist profound genius who said "if the GOSL doesn't open A-9, we will take steps to open it"

have you all noticed the funny news item on Tamilnet: The bunker-hiding terrorist, came out of the bunker to receive his ID card, and went back in. The question is, why you need an ID card when you are underground all the time?
