It is another eye wash. From the frying pan into the fire. Norway should get out completely.

WE nned to look after us. WE need to look after ourselves.

GOSL does not understand that. What ever GOSL does is what India does.

GOSL is dependant on hand outs. That is the major problem. LTTE is deoendant on diaspora for funds.

That's strange - BBC says Solheim is giving up his position - perhaps this is his replacement that's coming in.

Are you recommending that GOSL should request all diaspora to contribute for the war / development? How much will be the budget?

Better, let's save them money and have the diasporas do the fignting.

Perhaps we could start by asking the Australians to cede part of the outback to Spur supporters and the Tigers could have their wargames without blowing up the Palmyra trees. For the European front I suggest Wembley Stadium. European trauma surgeons would jump at the chance to have the same experience in dealing with war wounds that their Sri Lankan counterparts have.

Meanwhile Lanka could take on the burden of providing moral support that has so unfairly been taken on almost exclusively by the diaspora. Bala could address LTTE heros days in the Premadasa  (only appropriate considering that gentleman's position in history as the saviour of the LTTE), and all through the island the JHU could perform chants and send offerings of temple flowers and coconuts to back up the brave Sinhalese fighters in Alice Springs, Neasden and Hudson Bay.

Post Solheim said.
Solheim said. "Those who want to get rid of me, they can't celebrate. Others can be relieved."

What a shame Sri Lankans have to stomach all this nonsense.

'stomach the "so called" nonsense' or 'go back to war'
choice is clear. Smile
