    The government's main negotiating team was set to leave for the Swiss
capital on Monday, geared for some hard bargaining with the Tamil
Tiger rebels in the first meeting between the two sides in nearly
three years."We are going with an open mind," said Nivard Cabraal, senior advisor to the government's negotiating team."We are prepared  to discuss the cease-fire in broad terms in order to ensure that it becomes meaningful to all parties," he said, ahead of boarding a flight to Geneva for talks slated to open on Wednesday.
