The official Parliament website (www.parliament.lk) will be launched
on Friday by Prime Minister Ratnasiri Wickremanayake at the Parliament
complex.The new Website of the Parliament is developed as part of the
Parliament's modernization programme, which aims at making its
legislative, representative, and oversight functions more effective
and efficient.

If so, what is the classification for a website that features the following? 1. Violence & thuggery 2. Foul language 3. Lying & cheating, specifically broken promises 4. Lethargy 5. Switching sides for personal gain 6. Graft |

If anyone needs to find out govt information, there are so many portals to choose from, and more sites keeps popping up. Obviously some consolidation must take place as a lot of information are getting repeated. Most domain names do not conform to internationally recognised standards which end with “gov.lk”, but then again most commercial sites in SL do not have “.com.lk” postfix either.
