UNITED NATIONS (AP) _ More than a year after the tsunami in Southeast Asia, many of the most vulnerable survivors are plagued by discrimination in aid distribution, forced relocation and violence against women, according to a report released Wednesday.

The report, by three international nonprofit groups, documented conditions in five countries devastated by the Dec. 26, 2004 tsunami.

Within the countries _Thailand, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India and the Maldives_ some of the most vulnerable groups are women, children and ethnic minorities, the report said. Those in poor neighborhoods consistently bear the largest burden, it said.

Of all the countries affected by Tsunami in 2004 Sri Lanka is the worst case when it comes to rehabilitation, crisis management and support to victims. Even after one and half year passed it's still struggle to give even the basic needs of the affected. Beside there are no mechanisms to manage and distribute the aid the are getting from Abroad. Now we already talk about returning to war Indonesians grabb the chance to get peace accord, in Thailand many of the victims are tourists, compare the size of India the damage is minimal and in Maldives there are not many people killed or property damage.What a shame that our country is
