COLOMBO: Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa, who is also Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, on Thursday appointed two Courts Martial to try the former Army Commander, Gen.Sarath Fonseka, on two separate sets of charges under the Army Act.
