This is where this particular Church can step in and even advocate. Can they help to provide this support (recovery/livelihoods) through a NGO  |

I think without coming to Sri Lanka they can fund a Local NGO or an INGO to carryout development work. Beside with all these accusations out of some 165 INGOs working in Sri Lanka 51 are faith-based (31%). Pl. visit the site below: http://www.tc.edu/students/sie/journal/Volume_2/Nolan.pdf |
