    COLOMBO (Reuters) - Sri Lankan president Mahinda Rajapaksa left on Saturday for Moscow, where he will sign a $300 million (192 million pound) loan to buy military equipment from Russia, despite an end to his country's quarter-century civil war.

Russia coming soon for Drilling oil in Thalaimannar.Someone said India is already there.
China has a pearl string round our throats.
So which country are we preparing to go to war with by buying so much military hardware.?

 If we look around without any potential threat of war how many countries buy Military Hardware or is it only Sri Lanka doing so?
