Under 'pressure' Ajid Nivard Cabral, governor of the central Bank and the directors
lifted the LID for the outword flow of money.
Who pressurzed and for what reason is not clear for the concerned Sri Lankans.

With the denial of the GSP+ and the still shaky and violent election,
how will the inflow of monies  pick up as predicted.

There is no money 'flowing in' as expected.Buisness ventures are wary
of the situation.

Now with the FURORE the LID is back on.

Should Cabral have waited to see whether there will be a 'FURORE'
so that he will have a 'reason' to put the LID on back again
instead of using his own BRAINS.

What is Cabral playing with.
